Ingredients
AMOUNT
sugar 2-1/2 cup
shortening 1 cup + 2Tbl
fresh egg 2 ea or 1/2 cup
vanilla 1 tsp
flour 4-1/2 cup
cocoa 1-1/2 cup
salt 1 tsp
milk 1 cup
white vinegar 1 tsp
hot water 1 cup
soda 2 tsp

Bake @ 410-8-10 min

Filling
butter 8 oz
10x sugar 3 #
cream cheese 1.5 #
vanilla 1 Tbl
menthe 4 Tbl
