Peach Bruschetta
• 12 ea grilled peaches, halved, brushed with olive
oil-Med dice
• 1 ea shallot minced
• 1 ea Heirloom tomato, Med diced
• Salt & Pepper
• 1 tablespoon lemon thyme
• ˝ juice lemon
• Brown sugar- a tiny bit if necessary
Honeydew Soup
2 each honeydew melon
5 oz silken tofu
1/2 c mint chopped
1/4 c cilantro
10 cups water
blend until extremely smooth
