The sister event of New York City’s acclaimed barbecue
extravaganza, the Big Aspen Barbecue Block Party will
feature several of the nation’s top pitmasters serving
up their ’cue (for $8 per plate) all weekend long
against the beautiful backdrop of Aspen Mountain; plus
live music, seminars, cooking demos and book signings
