IT IS AVAILABLE IN ALL BOOKSTORES, COMPLEAT GOURMET, CARD BLANCHE AND SOME RESTAURANTS TOO. I AM DOING BOOK SIGNINGS ALL OVER AS WELL AND THE LIST IS ON THE WEBPAGE. REMEMBER TO GO TO THE WEBPAGE ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 1 FOR ALL THE NEW FEATURES AND FUN. AND A NEW BE OUR GUEST My guests were Kevin Taylor, Clemens Georg of Chinook Tavern, Rich Grant of Visit Denver, Jayne Buck of Visit Denver.
Japoix We are really celebrating the holidays with this great dinner. The folks at Japois want to thank all their customers-and our listeners—with a fabulous meal. It will be a 5 course dinner of fabulous plates (the last one was amazing). The dinner includes four super wines, tax and tip for $25. QUESTION OF THE DAY: Our lunch at Palettes was fabulous and they are doing an amazing menu for the Chinese Art Show that begins tomorrow---all the food was the best. Jon Emanuel stopped by to tell us about Taste for Life on Thursday at Capital Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency convention center. Come on down-it is for a great cause. Call 303-832=0202. Kevin talked about all his places near the DCPA too –Restaurant Kevin Taylor at the Teatro, Prima at the Teatro, Kevin Taylor at the DCPA, and Limelight the casual restaurant there. He has many specials. Jayne and Rich Grant were amazing with the things happening this next few weeks. The art walk, night at the museums, film festival, free nights many places— We had lovely calls about the new book-thank you so much. Then we talked about The Wooden Table—adored it and the same for Russell’s Smokehouse—and we had many calls after to find out more about it-location and more. We had calls on Chinook-on the raclette, and on the restaurant food, private party dining, beer and wine, great fun and more. They will be open for Thanksgiving. We talked about Ted’ Montana Grill and their great new chicken dish. And we talked about Vail—Elway’s is coming to The Lodge-Matsuhisa is opening in December at Solaris, we love Sweet Basil and adore Larkspur. Kelly Liken was another discussion-pricy but so are all the rest. We ran out of time-but it was great fun. Next week we are at the Compleat Gourmet on Dry Creek and University and I will be signing books-the folks from Wynkoop will be there too-and their holiday goodies are there-and that is amazing. Go to gabbygourmet.com to see the great things happening. And there will be a list of places where we are doing book signings too.
