Here’s the Scoop from the Gabby Gourmet Restaurant Show on Saturday August 13, 2011

We were at the Four Seasons Hotel on 14th St.

My guest included, Chefs Simon Purvis and Cindy Liu, pastry chef Christopher Jordan and Spa director Matt Turner, all from Denver.
Other guests were from the Four Seasons Resort in Vail with Executive Chef Jason Harrison, and Craig Newton of the Spa.

Remember the Gabby dinner is this Tuesday, the 16th of August at Parallel Seventeen. It will be one great night as every time Mary hosts us it is.

Sitting at the fabulous lobby bar had a wonderful brunch in the Four Seasons Hotel.

Great Menu at Edge.....great prime steaks and seafood. Don't miss the Nebraska Crispy Chicken. Also some really fun others items.....bread draws raves.... the Mac and Cheese balls are AMAZING and very popular......and Bubble and Squeek...a favorite from home for Simon.

Great choices from the weekend Brunch menu and Bar menu at Edge is fantastic too.

Amazing spa products and a face lift .......with micro current....worth a try!!!

Don't miss Sept 13th ---International Chocolate Day- Edge is doing a special dinner ....call hotel to get reservations.

Four Season Vail-
Flame Restaurant is with wonderful steakhouse at the hotel. They have a radiant heat broiler....1800 degrees!!
Spa is gorgeous...Alpine focus....check it out and have an amazing relaxing treatment.
