Enter this amazing restaurant and be wowed by great ambience. Red and gold lanterns hang from the high ceiling while a fabulous community counter, open kitchen, comfortable seating and a great bar/lounge area set the scene with a warm and casual feel. The cuisine of chef/owner Mary Nguyen reaches out to Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Cantonese, Malay and Mandarin “street” dishes with amazing pizzazz. Dim sum and sushi and then to small [plates, greens, noodles, soups, rice, rotisserie, veggies, and more are listed with over 50 options. Start with crab Rangoon, sushi, the best soup dumplings since China, crab cakes, and chicken lettuce wraps. Add rotisserie chicken salad, tuna tataki, soups, and curries and you are on your way to a heavenly meal. The roti with yellow curry potato dip is a must as are all the combinations in this category. The sticky pork ribs and miso glazed beef short ribs are totally to die for. Add fried rice topped with an egg and you will be delighted. Decadent desserts include the best pineapple upside down cake and chocolate. The wine list is excellent and service perfect with a caring, knowledgeable staff. Sharing is encouraged!!!
